FAQs: Mini-Retreat for Moms


What should I wear?

Wear clothes you’re comfortable and can move in! Layers would also probably be helpful, I imagine we’ll experience a range of temps and we’ll be spending most of the time outside.


What should I bring?

Bring a notebook and pen, water bottle, yoga mat and blocks / blanket if you have them (I’ll have some extras for those who don’t have their own or forget).


This is a majority outdoors event. If it’s going to be a total washout on June 9, we will utilize the rain date: Saturday, June 15. If there is a relatively low chance of lighter showers, we may still have the event and gather in an indoor space for part of it. I will make the call by the Friday June 7 in the evening, and send an email notification to all registered participants either way.

Can I bring my child?

This is a mamas-only event, designed to give you respite from your day-to-day responsibilities and focus on YOU! Please arrange for childcare.


Simply select “Bring a Friend” admission at checkout and enter your friend’s name during the registration process, and have them enter your name when they do the same!

How do I utilize the Bring a Friend discount?


The mini-retreat is Sunday, June 9, from 10 am - 1 PM (3 hours; rain date Saturday, June 15, 10 am - 1 pm). Participants are greatly encouraged to attend the whole event; however if that is not possible, please get in touch with me and we’ll see what we can work out!
